As the Health Senior Quality Engineer - Genesys, you will bring a comprehensive approach to quality assurance across all Unified Communications Technology products, workflows, and services. You will provide an independent quality perspective, inspire the team, pinpoint areas for improvement, and ensure quality is ingrained throughout the design and development lifecycle. Your role is crucial in driving the desired outcomes for seamless user experiences across our solutions and devices like smartphones, flip phones, and responder equipment. You will harmonize business requirements with thorough test planning, execution, automation, and reporting to validate our offerings meet the highest standards of quality.
What you’ll do-
Craft and execute a comprehensive test strategy focused on delivering seamless user experiences across our Unified Communications Technology products and workflows

Champion a quality-driven mindset, providing insights on quality/risk tradeoffs throughout the product lifecycle

Lead holistic quality assurance efforts spanning requirements analysis, test planning, automation, execution, and reporting

Mentor team members on testing best practices, techniques, and foster a quality-centric culture through collaboration

Validate business requirements by transforming them into well-defined test stories for efficient execution in sprints

Triage issues, manage defects, and work closely with developers to resolve bugs and ensure quality across devices like smartphones, flip phones, responders, etc.

Drive and coordinate the work performed by the Quality Engineering team, within onshore and offshore processes and teams.
Basic qualifications-
3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
Preferred qualifications-
5 years Software Quality Assurance related work experience preferred

Experience working in a regulated environment

Genesys Cloud Call Routing and CX3 Modules and Features

Quality Assurance Test creation through Jira, Zephyr, etc.

Knowledge of Selenium and Cyara for test automation

Qualified candidate should understand Call Centers to be able to perform tests from Agent and Supervisor roles.
