Position: Pharmaceutical Project Manager (Immunology and Pipeline Team)
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA
Duration: 6-month contract
Job Description: Our client is looking to bring on a proactive minded and experienced project manager to join the immunology and pipeline team. While a specific background in immunology is not essential, familiarity with biopharma and biotech environments is crucial, particularly in understanding medical affairs needs. The project manager will play a pivotal role in organizing congress activities, supporting advisory boards, and potentially overseeing budgeting teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience within biopharma, biotech, or related fields
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry working with congress planning/advisory boards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the immunology and pipeline team to manage and oversee a variety of projects
- Assist in planning and executing activities related to medical affairs and pipeline development
- Support executive director in organizing congress and advisory board coordinator
- Propose solutions to medical directors and stakeholders, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills
- Monitor project timelines milestones to ensure projects are on track
- Manage logistical aspects of projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
