Summary:
Prior experience in purchasing cabinet-making materials highly preferred. Willing to consider applicants with at least three years’ purchasing experience in construction supplies, laminates, plywood, marble, stone, hardware or dental supplies. Pricing and negotiations experience preferred but not required.
Job Description Duties:
- Ordering materials
- Creating and processing purchase orders
- Generating and reconciling invoices
- Handling supplier calls
- Tracking and reporting issues with orders
- Effectively managing customer service matters including follow-through until resolution
- Experience in maintaining a high volume of supplies and large variety of inventory SKUs [1000+].
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient at Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel), Minimum of 3-4 years of experience preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform work assignments accurately
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on high productivity is critical to this position.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite at our facility
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Business, preferred
- Customer Service experience, Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
