Job Title: Appointment Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, conducting outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Utilize EMR to track appointments and client interactions
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Skills:
- Experience in medical field/ medical terminology preferred
- Familiarity with web based EMR systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
