Sales Associate
WHO WE ARE
We are a high-performance sports institute, specializing in the development of squash players. We develop athletes from introduction to the sport, participation on the US Junior circuit, selection on middle and high school varsity teams, and culminating with a recruiting spot in college. We provide our athletes with a combination of latest technology, world class expertise, top performance mindset and fun. We currently operate 2 campuses: in Port Chester NY and in South Norwalk CT.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will be responsible for sales and operations in our Port Chester and South Norwalk Campuses. Tasks include but not limited to:
- Work with coaches and front desk staff in both campuses to achieve monthly targeted sales in membership, clinics, lessons, fitness sessions and camps.
- Interact directly with clients on a daily basis, sell memberships and training packages and constantly prospect for new business
- Sales goals with commission
- Systems and processes
- Daily audit of registration system and credit system
- Oversee production of daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting by coaches and front desk staff
- Working with CFO to ensure that the financial systems are working accurately and efficiently and operational results translate into achieving financial goals
- Work with the owner and other marketing associates to promote the 2 Msquash Campuses

- Previous sales experience required
- Previous experience working in teams
- An entrepreneurial and creative spirit
- A self-starter, with a can-do and get-it-done work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic and friendly disposition
- Passion for health and fitness
- Enjoy working within a team, but very happy to get things done efficiently solo too
- Strong time management skills and practices
- Great multitasker
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Available to work Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm and at least one weekend day 8am-6pm, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
