Salary & Compensation

Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications

Prior experience working with a technologically forward environment, creating content-driven programming, and engaging volunteers and valued constituents. (Required)
- Prior experience working with career development or corporate recruitment with college and career candidates. Ability to create and present professional presentations and deliver public addresses. (Required)
- Experience in and/or ability to independently develop, launch and manage programs, projects and initiatives. (Required)
- Experience in and/or ability to work with recruiters as well as orient, train, organize and motivate staff and volunteers. (Required)
- Demonstrated skill in and/or ability to build career development curricula, teach, coach and provide consultative services. (Required)

Detail oriented with strong time management skills and ability to set priorities and goals, develop operation plans, analyze problems, determine solutions, meet deadlines and manage process from inception to completion with minimal supervision. (Required)
