Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations, administrative tasks, and possess strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft applications. Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred but not required. Full time preferred, part-time negotiable. Office is open Monday through Thursday with paid holidays. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer multi-line phone and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Utilize computer skills to perform various office duties
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and phone manners
-High School diploma or equivalency
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
