Compensation:
$200,000 - $300,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What you will do:

Implement the vision of the market center
-
Lead and empower the office’s leadership team (weekly meetings, one-on-ones, vision-casting, etc.)

Create strategies, systems, and models surrounding office growth, retention, and profitability
-
Create training content and facilitate weekly training
-
Consult and coach the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
-
Lead/Coach Agent Leadership Council
-
Lead/Coach accountability groups as necessary
-
Set and hold recruiting appointments (business consultations) with top talent in the industry
-
Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
-
Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates
-
Facilitate team outings/retreats to create stickiness and vision
Who you’ll be working with:

Market Center Administrator - (CFO/COO) – collaborates on progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, new recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly

Sales Associates (nearly 350) – Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily

Staff (13 people) – To set goals, plan, and work on projects and tasks – daily

Broker of Record – collaborate and problem solve as agent challenges arise - weekly

Vendors – collaborate on win-win partnership opportunities - weekly/monthly

Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join the company – daily/weekly
