Overview:

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking
- Create and execute menu plans in line with dietary needs and preferences
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and dishes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in menu planning and preparation
- Experience working in fine dining, catering, or other culinary settings
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives and other equipment
