Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute communications, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with office supply management and order supplies as needed.
- Support the HR department with onboarding and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
