Job Description
Essential Functions
1. Case Management, surveillance and reporting on workplace injuries and illnesses, including reporting to government agencies, contact tracing, vaccine administration, pre-placement assessments and collaborating with frontline staff and leaders to enhance protections for staff and patients.
2. Ability to triage care via SICKline.
3. Liaison to Infection Prevention, TPA and managers as needed to carry out the preceding duties

Required additional Knowledge, and Abilities
Thorough understanding of healthcare and is data driven and colleague focused.
Vaccination and TB screening experience required.
CIC or COHN certification (preferred)
EXCEL experience (preferred).
Minimum Education - Preferred
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum Work Experience
Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
