Position Overview:
Golden Care Therapy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist with recruitment responsibilities to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs by effectively managing staffing schedules, coordinating the assignment of qualified behavior technicians to client cases, and overseeing the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Staffing and Scheduling:
- Manage and maintain accurate staffing schedules for behavior technicians across multiple client cases.
- Coordinate the assignment of behavior technicians to client cases based on qualifications, availability, and client needs.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet the needs of clients.
- Monitor and track employee availability and schedule changes.
- Communicate regularly with behavior technicians to confirm schedules, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing-related inquiries from behavior technicians, BCBAs, and clients.
- Recruitment:
- Monitor job postings and ensure they are up-to-date and accurately reflect current openings.
- Conduct interviews for BCBA and BT positions to assess qualifications and fit.
- Onboard new candidates, ensuring they are prepared and equipped for their roles.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new behavior technicians as needed.
- General:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination roles is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
