Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support designated customer accounts.

Handle general order intake, entry, and processing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and vendors to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Develop expertise in our products to effectively meet customer needs.

Work collaboratively across departments to resolve issues related to shipments, products, billing, and more.

Provide follow-up and assistance for recurring orders and customer inquiries.

Assist customers through our online storefronts.

Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience in account management or customer service.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.

Keen attention to detail and quick learning capability.

Efficient time management and ability to work independently.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: $21-23/hr.
