As a QMAP universal caregiver, you’re the heart of the home! You have the incredible opportunity to engage with residents and assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s). Additionally, you get the opportunity to assist with a variety of other responsibilities as well such as housekeeping roles, meal preparation and med administration
- Follow all regulations on medication administration
- Assist with ADLs according to individual care plan – toileting, showering/bathing, dressing, brushing hair, brushing teeth, skin care, nail care, shaving
- Assist with adaptive equipment – eyeglasses, hearing aids, wheelchair, walker, cane, special dinnerware, etc.
- Assist with ambulation and/or transfers
- Take vitals & weights
- Assist with engagement activities
- Housekeeping – laundry, bedroom cleaning, washing dishes, kitchen cleaning, restroom cleaning, cleaning outside grounds, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming, deep cleaning throughout the home
- Prepare and serve meals
- Ensure residents are well-hydrated
- Assist with prescribed exercises and or instructions
- Ensure residents are safe
- Notify the house manager of any possible new health issues with residents
- Use good communication skills with all staff and managers
- Proper documentation – progress notes, staff communication, incident reports
- Engage with residents and assist with activities
- Help with housekeeping, cooking, and cleaning, as needed

We are looking for all shifts. There are 12 hour and 8-hour shifts available. This is a memory care home. We operate on four pillars: exemplary performance, integrity, teamwork and valuing people. We can't wait to work with you and have you join our team.
Caregivers start at $18 DOE
QMAPs start at $19 DOE
NOC start at $21
Shift differentials from 2p-6a.
