General Summary of Job Duties:
The VIP Services Coordinator supporting Executive Casino Hosts and Casino Hosts is a key role within the VIP services department, they are responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Host team in delivering exception service to high-value guests. This position requires a combination of administrative skills, customer service expertise, and a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of VIP clientele. The primary objective is to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination to enhance the overall VIP experience and foster long-term guest loyalty.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide personalized service for our VIP Casino guests through phone and email.

Assist Player Development with room reservations, transportation requests, show tickets, amenities, and pool reservations.

Responsible for confirming upcoming guest reservations.

Support the Host team in updating guest preferences with the OPTX system when arranging special requests for guests.

Effectively oversees all casino rooms and suites. Ensuring continuous communication with the Hotel and Revenue Management team.

Ensures ongoing communication with the hotel front desk operations and other departments as necessary to uphold aligned and exceptional guest service.

Assist with maintaining the Special Event reservations and bookings.

Post high-end complimentary to guest folios (i.e. outside tickets).

Managing all concierge requests from our casino guests and Player Development department.
- Assist in the execution of casino events, including slot tournaments and Player Development events.
- Run reports as requested by the PD Leader.
