Description:
The Key Account Manager (KAM)- Philadelphia will report directly to the RVP in the market and is the direct liaison between Kreg Therapeutics and our customers (Hospitals). The KAM is responsible for selling Kreg’s Specialty Bed rental services and developing strategic relationships with a variety of clinical leaders in targeted hospitals (Level I & II Trauma Hospitals) in their assigned territory. As a Key Account Manager at Kreg, you will help lead the growth of a small, fast-moving, highly rewarding organization. This role will include the territory of Greater Philadelphia.
Primary Responsibilities:

Convert competitive accounts to Kreg’s portfolio of specialized beds by executing long term daily rental contract agreements.

Drive high growth in current and new accounts by educating clinicians and promoting utilization of our Vertical Bed technology, leveraging the team of Onsite Clinical Specialists

Conduct demonstrations and evaluations in interested accounts

Develop and grow a healthy sales pipeline, and utilize CRM to track all opportunities and update daily

Provides critical information to marketing and upper management including market trends and competitive activity

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals

Uncover obstacles with customers that limit their ability to utilize products

Build relationships with key stakeholders, champions & KOL’s

Collect and communicate market intelligence

Identify key resources within Kreg to help remove obstacles in the hospital or other areas within the facility

Identify opportunities to maintain and improve highest standards of service
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of successful Hospital-based sales experience, preferably clinical differentiated products and ICU

Award-winning track record in growing account penetration and winning new business

Ability to communicate value-based solutions to multiple stakeholders in complex sales environment

Demonstrated ability in building clinical champions

Bachelor’s degree required

Demonstrate key knowledge in healthcare industry, specifically related to trauma care, including hospital costs drivers and regulatory requirements, evidence-based clinical practice, marketing and healthcare facility workflow

Travel and overnight stays are required, as well as a valid driver's license.
