Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent organizational skills to support our office operations effectively.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in file management, office software (e.g., M.S. Office)
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems
- Strong calendar management skills
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
-Understanding scheduling concepts is a plus
- Working in H.R. departments and with policy and company procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of home care operations and procedures is advantageous
