Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will manage an award winning beverage program. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. We are looking for someone to be on the floor during dinner service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Run a beverage program and achieve proper beverage cost
- Oversee FOH floor operations during dinner service
- Train and oversee award winning bar program
- Oversee guest services and resolve any guest issues
- Ensure a high quality of service
- Recruit, onboard, train and manage team
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Human Resource related matters
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft and IOS Applications experience required
- POS experience with Toast
- Must be knowledgeable in social media
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
