Requirements
- Associate Degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls and emails.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Performing data entry.
- Maintaining all records and documentation of reports and paying attention to details.
- Welcome customers.
- Creating and sending files.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Operating copying, scanning, and emailing equipment.
- Demonstrating a cooperative attitude and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Performing other assigned tasks.
