We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, Microsoft Word and Excel proficient, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage the daily office operations and ensure that all office equipment is in working order.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
