We are looking for an expert in analysis, collection, design, development, testing, and/or debugging of data and databases for data and analytics solutions, as well as enterprise software applications. Administers and implements databases, data warehouse/lake, and technology that support business intelligence needs of the organization. Designs, installs, monitors, maintains, and tunes production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software. Participates in complex projects and assists in estimating and planning for future collection and analysis of data work. Performs complex system integration tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Designs, constructs, and maintains data pipelines to collect raw data from various sources such as databases, APIs, logs, and external systems.
- Develops and manages data warehouses or data lakes to store structured and unstructured data efficiently.
- Cleans, preprocesses, and transforms raw data into a format suitable for analysis.
- Responds to partner inquiries via online, phone, in-person, etc.
- Reviews data to ensure integrity of data collection, modeling, analysis, and presentation; coordinates data quality/integrity improvement initiatives.
- Reviews, analyzes, and integrates data from multiple internal and external sources to create a unified view for analysis and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or four years relevant experience or combination of education and experience, required.
- Five years of relevant IT experience required.
- Two years of working directly with databases and database design.
- Three years of experience in a business intelligence role preferred.
- MCSA, MCSD, MCSE in SQL and Data engineering, desirable.
