We are currently seeking a Project Recruiting Manager to join our TEAM in Atlanta, GA. This role will be in a client-facing role that supports all recruiting for clients in a specific recruiting market. Recruiting function support will include temporary hiring, as well as marketing and grassroots activities at the local level.
This position will contribute to the success of Laine Federal by recruiting, onboarding, and staffing project to support meeting customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity. You will align the team to achieve production performance standards.
Essential Functions
- Mange multiple projects across our education project K-12 and Highter education business sectors
- Review resumes and interview candidates for open positions
- Ensure that new hires are trained in all relevant policies and procedures
- Communicate with customers regarding upcoming vacancies and potential candidates
- Communciate with customers regarding project issues, scope and budget
- Manage employee relations to ensure that employees are working effectively in their positions
- Review daily work schedules to ensure that shifts are covered by the appropriate number of employees
- Conduct performance evaluations on an ongoing basis to ensure that employees are meeting Laine and the cusotmer's standards
- Review employee attendance records to ensure that employees are following attendance policies
- Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
- Assit in achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
- Supporting staffing recruitment activities
- Supervises departmental staff and the hiring and staffing of certified and classified employees; stays current with federal and state laws relative to hiring practices.
- Participates in weekly staff meetings and other meetings as directed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on, full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast paced recruiting environment within a highly process driven recruiting function
- 3+ years management experience. Must be able to recruit and lead others.
- Experience Recruiting in any of following areas: Education, IT, Healthcare, Engineering
- Ability to develop and execute creative, out of the box sourcing strategies via direct sourcing, social channels, and leveraging the networks of both you and your hiring teams
- Communication is the key to success; you must have the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization as well as with HR Leaders, internal and external candidates, and your teammates.
- Must be detail-oriented with intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills. (Must be able to pass a test with rate of 80% or higher)
- Typing skills of 50-70 WPM
- Communication is key - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
