Warehouse Associates' responsibilities include (but are not limited to) picking or packing products to fulfill customer orders, labeling cartons to ensure delivery to customers without damage, lift, stack, and arrange products on pallets in preparation for shipment. In addition, they will participate in the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound deliveries. Warehouse Associates are required to work on their feet for multiple hours at a time. It requires both physical and mental strength.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cross-Train in all warehouse departments (Shipping, Receiving, Unloading)
- Shipping – Retrieve products for orders according to quantity, size etc. while ensuring accuracy.
- Shipping – Completes shipments by picking, wrapping/strapping, and loading customer orders.
- Unloading – unload inbound containers of products onto pallets according to item number and color to ensure accuracy and counts.
- Receiving - ensuring to record product transfers across the distribution center when inventory is moved.
- Train and become proficient in warehouse forklift equipment to aid in product movement.
- Provides quality customer service by following company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
- Promote clean dock, staging, and warehouse areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to the team to reach daily performance goals.

Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse positions.
- Experience with warehouse environments, equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.), and technology (RF Scanner)
- Able to read and write in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Great attention to detail, diligence, and punctuality.
- Good physical strength and stamina.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
