Large HOA in Orange County VA is hosting an Open Interviewing Event for current openings. We are actively seeking a Business Systems Coordinator.
Our Business Systems Coordinator will provide planning, implementation, management, training and ongoing support for all staff for business hardware and software systems including member management, document management, point of sale, amenity, telecommunications, security access and cameras, and MS Office suite of products. The successful candidate will provide training, project implementation support, ongoing end user/member support, and business report generation.
Duties and Responsibilities
n Work with management and staff to maximize the use of installed business systems tools and applications.
n Provide project planning and implementation support for new business systems implementations and upgrades.
n Provide leadership, insight and planning for new business systems and tools to improve member amenity experience.
n Coordinate ongoing training to all staff on business systems and application tools.
n Respond to management and staff to troubleshoot system issues, diagnose and repair desktop system issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maximize user and system efficiency and performance.
n Stay informed and advise supervisor, operations managers, and employees of required business system upgrades and technology changes.
n Coordinate with the third-party network administrator and vendors on projects, troubleshooting, analysis, training, and implementations.
n Support the acquisition, implementation and training of staff on business systems, software, hardware, and related peripherals.
n Provide on site end user support as needed for business systems hardware in coordination with third party network support firm.
n Maintain logs of staff queries, problems and solutions for future reference and for analysis of trends and underlying issues.
n Prepare and maintain ongoing activity reports and KPIs, tracking progress towards goals and business systems analytics.
n Respond to staff and member issues or inquiries regarding business systems that members use including visitor management software and the LOWA Website.
Education/Skills Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline such as economics, finance, accounting, or mathematics or two-year degree in these areas with sufficient experience to perform the requirements of the position.
Work Schedule Description: (List typical working hours; include anything unusual about the work schedule, terms of the employment, worksite changes, etc.)
The position is Full-Time Hourly and expected to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Occasionally, it may be necessary to work before or beyond these open hours for items better handled when users are not in the system such as resolution of issues and supporting implementations/upgrades.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
