Job Description: Executive Coordinator at Feynlab
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Executive Coordinator to support our senior management team at Feynlab. The Executive Coordinator will act as a liaison between team members and executives, assist in recruitment and HR tasks, and coordinate the setup and move to our new facility. This is a dynamic and exciting role in which no two days are the same. The Executive Coordinator will report directly to and support the CEO, whilst working closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless communication and operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and business support to senior management
- Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO for communication and decision-making
- Act as a liaison between team members, departments, and executives, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Assist in recruitment and HR tasks, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Coordinate the setup and move to our new facility, ensuring a smooth transition
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably supporting senior management
- Can-do attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a willingness to assist with any tasks necessary to support business requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Understanding of HR practices, including payroll, and recruitment processes
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
