Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dispatching/customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Dispatching/Interacting with Technicians and customers to provide seamless customer service in timely manner
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Obtain paperwork from Technicians to complete service and submit to billing daily
- Collaborate with the customers to ensure timely delivery of repairs and services
- Handle data entry tasks accurately to update customer information in the database
- Use GPS systems to provide accurate information to customers regarding Technician arrival
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience in a dispatch/customer service role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
