Successful candidates should have:
- Good technical aptitude (Math, ability to read product drawings and understanding of dimensional tolerances).
- The ability to effectively multi-task and handle shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments is required.
- Excitement towards problem solving within various customers on product design challenges.
- Strong customer focus/strong internal drive to meet goals.
- Successful completion or active registration in an Industrial Occupational Associate Degree or Certificate program
- Inside Sales experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer detailed questions on our product and how to use it effectively. Technical assistance to support manufactured product recommendations to the customer.
- Recommend the right product and perform critical review of customer requests for alignment of product offering, with emphasis on managing the risk of proposed solution.
- Assisting current customers and onboarding new customers to provide quotations and supporting sales documents on a timely basis.
- Processing of orders in our ERP System.
- Support Nexthermal’s growing distribution network, as well as our outside sales team.
- Communication with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Shipping departments as required to support our customers.
- Research of target markets as needed to increase Nexthermal’s reach and product design capabilities.
