Responsibilities:
-Perform daily apartment ready tasks including but not limited to painting, drywall repair, small electrical repair, wood work, etc.
- Daily pool and hot tub maintenance including pool certification
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including assigning tasks to team members
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improve equipment performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Pool Certification or ability to acquire - Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and tracking
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments
