Responsibilities
- Exceed guest’s expectations by providing excellent customer service.
- Proactively offer friendly advice and useful information to guests
- Be courteous when managing needs and specific requests.
- Orient guests upon check-in to all that the spa has to offer.
- Be and look professional.
- Update all reservation information accurately in our computer system.
- Answer all calls promptly.
- Continuously look for ways to make work more efficient and effective and create necessary tools to assist.
- Maintain and encourage effective communication with all Guest Services staff.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service-related experience, helpful
- Guest Services experience a plus
- Friendly demeanour and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong computer knowledge and proficiency
- Strong computer skills – able to work & learn new programs quickly
Strong customer service skills – outgoing, upbeat, easy going personality – likes dealing with people & is an active listener – able to stay calm & positive throughout guest interaction or in an adverse confrontation (on rare occasions)
Must be a team player, work well with others and also can work independently
Must be able to multi-task: answer phones, greet clients and be able to direct them through the facility, inform staff of guest arrivals, check-out clients, clean out and re-stock locker rooms, re-fill water pitchers throughout the day, etc.
