- Provide information to members and candidates by phone about services offered in VAPR
- Channel calls to the departments and corresponding personnel when they cannot meet members’ needs
- Provide information to members in relation to their accounts and loans (account balance, deposits received, transactions made, withdrawals, payment deadlines, among others)
- Update members’ profile and account with the corresponding information (address, identification, among others)
- Assist members who wishes to close accounts, cancel MasterCard and/or cancel ACH payments
- Attend members’ problems and situations according to their position’s possibilities
- Receive and/or complete claims related to: ATH, ATH Móvil, ACH, Master Card, POS, among others and send them to the corresponding departments
- Carry out basic transactions (transfers, payments, "stop payments", among others) requested by members by telephone

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
