Job Duties:

Develop and maintain supplier quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure supplier compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct assessments and audits on new and existing suppliers to evaluate their quality management system, manufacturing processes, product quality, and approval status.
- Provide technical support to ensure supplier captures and understands all PO flow down requirements at the time of PO receipt.
- Collaborate with suppliers to pre-plan first article inspection activity and provide surveillance as necessary to ensure compliance with PO requirements.
- Conduct source inspection activities to verify compliance of supplied parts and materials with engineering specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement root cause corrective action plans to identify the source of quality issues and address non-conformities to prevent recurrence.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for suppliers to drive improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.

Assist Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Nondestructive Testing, Final Inspection, Production, and other key areas with special projects as assigned

Maintain excellent communications and working relationships with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Nondestructive Testing, Final Inspection, and Production.

Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Seyer's Quality Management System in alignment with aerospace industry standards (AS9100)

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and conform to Seyer Industries Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, policies, and procedures.
