- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating vendor contracts and pricing effectively.
- Data Analysis: Capable of providing comprehensive analyses to compare vendors and products for best fit.
Primary Duties
- Maintain and communicate regularly with consistent, reputable suppliers while expanding the supplier base.
- Negotiate pricing and business terms with vendors.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts.
- Understand company needs to ensure optimal leverage for lowest price and best value.
- Foster competition among suppliers, manage risk, and promote cost savings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a procurement or purchasing position.
- Background in healthcare procurement is beneficial but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
