Job Description: Executive Chef
A new wine club in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Source and identify quality talent to build a strong kitchen team.
- Understand the needs of all meal periods in relation to menu and service standards.
- Design dishes relevant to the concept and meal period.
- Schedule according to business levels while controlling costs and meeting cost targets.
- Prepare and maintain order guides, time/temperature logs, and ensure timely and proper volume ordering.
- Train staff, both kitchen and service, on menu items’ recipes, allergens, and execution.
- Accommodate special requests, dietary restrictions, and special menu items from guests and members.
- Build menus that pair with a wide range of wines in collaboration with the Wine Director.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing a multi-concept or high-volume concept, preferably a private club.
- Strong focus on P+L and organization of the kitchen as much as the quality of food being produced.
- Excellent understanding of the value of collaboration.
- Proven ability to source and identify quality talent.
- Comprehensive understanding of menu and service standards for all meal periods.
- Skill in designing dishes relevant to the concept and meal period.
- Ability to schedule staff according to business levels while controlling costs and meeting cost targets.
- Competency in preparing and maintaining order guides, time/temperature logs, and ensuring timely and proper volume ordering.
- Ability to train staff on menu items, recipes, allergens, and execution.
- Capability to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Experience in building menus that pair with a wide range of wines alongside the Wine Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
