Marmon Industrial Water designs and manufacturers water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions, under the brand names Graver Water Systems and Ecodyne. Our technologies included raw water pretreatment, filtration, ion exchange, demineralization, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make-up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil/water separation for markets such as petrochemical/chemical, power generation and heavy industrial plants.
We are looking for an experienced, effective Operations Manager to join our Rental Equipment Services (RES) team. This role would provide leadership for our service team, full area ownership for business operations and performance of assigned customer base as well as manage our rental assets in the region.
Overall Responsibilities:

Act as the focal point of contact and as the leader of an internal project team to deploy, install and support rental customers.
Maintain an ever-increasing rental fleet as well as operations contribution performance, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report of contract metrics, ensure contract is on target and schedule and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
Oversee talent management of service staff at the depot and actively engage in talent development activities that encourage personal growth and enhanced performance.
Consistently achieving safety objectives both in the plant and field in a fast-paced high transaction and customer focused environment.
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience seeing the big picture along with staying focused on the details along the way.
Able to quickly respond and resolve customer issues with a win-win mindset.
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field strongly recommended.
Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ year’s experience in management and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees.
Ability to manage dispersed workforce.
