Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator will be at the front desk and near the cash register to ring up clients, explain all the services provided, will greet clients as they enter the clinic, explain the benefits of all the services, keep an eye on stocking all rooms. Other responsibilities include:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer general email/ phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, form, paper etc.)
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc.
- Scanning of forms and other patient related information
- Check patients vital signs
- Experience in handling cash, credit cards
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
- Previous experience with EMR and POS systems and social media platforms is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma
- Medical Assisting degree preferred
- Experience working in med-spa and physicians office preferred
- Post secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
- Word processing
- Google Doc
- Spreadsheets
- Outlook
Proficiency in the use of office equipment:
- Computer
- Voice messaging systems
- Fax
Experience that would be considered A plus:

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour + gratuity
