As Sr. Business Analyst II, you'll serve as the senior project lead for all Performance Management, Continuous Improvement and Innovation, and SharePoint site management. The Business Analyst II will also Manage activities and deliverables for client projects and works 50% on site at Andrews AFB.

What you'll do:
- Works closely with customer to understand requirements, track project deliverables, and identifies opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
- Responsible for scoping projects, tasks, and assures quality and delivery all deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Secret Security Clearance
- Manage senior leader stakeholder relationships
- 7 years of Business Analyst Experience
- Project Management: Understanding project lifecycles, manage timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Communication skills: Effective at translating technical jargon into business terms
- Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in eliciting and documenting user requirements
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with defense and government processes, policies and regulations.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights
- Problem Solving: Ability to address complex challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Collaborative: Work effectively with diverse set of teams and stakeholders
