Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and facilitate company meetings and events including holiday party, annual employee retreat “FDG Forward” and community outreach
Manage office opening and closing procedures
Manage office organization including maintaining consistent inventory of supplies
Assist Marketing Department with key initiatives
Administrative support for key personnel
Prepare conference rooms and public areas for client meetings and other visitors and order meals as necessary
Create and maintain forms, templates, and records; update as necessary
Field and transfer incoming phone calls and messages
Coordinate employee recognition program, “Gratitude Gold”
Liasian to the office building management
Maintain and organize the company calendars
Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Software (current versions): Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency), Adobe Creative Suite (working knowledge), familiarity with web-based platforms such as Squarespace, Google Docs, and Survey Monkey (preferred)
Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience is preferred
Transportation: Must possess a vehicle and have the ability to drive
Excellent organization, proactive, multi-tasking, problem solving, and time management skills
Possess strong written, oral, and communication skills
