Title: Director of Sales
Reporting to: EVP, Member Experience
Location: Atlanta or (Remote Near a Major Airport for Highly Qualified Candidate)
POSITION SUMMARY
HealPros is seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales who will be responsible for growth efforts at a
national level. This person will be responsible for working closely with HealPros Program Management
and Marketing Departments to help build, develop, and grow market share within the portfolio and
outside the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, and
extremely organized while possessing big picture departmental success.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, service attitude, and
the ability to work effectively and autonomously in a growth-minded environment.
ROLE & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build pipeline by sourcing, prospecting and identifying new opportunities/new logos.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned national accounts.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales, volume, and strategic objectives.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Help develop and refine company sales playbook and infrastructure including reports, pipelines and
collateral.
- Document all activity in CRM to keep pipelines organized and up-to-date.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for Business, Management, or Marketing major
- 5+ years proven success selling to government programs including Medicare, Medicaid and Dual
Eligible Populations.
- Proven business development & sales success; experience closing deals with large national or
regional health plans
- Prior experience selling to Commercial Payers and/or Exchange Marketplace
- Ability to mentor and coach people
REQUIRED SKILLS
- MS Office proficiency required along with strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business model
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM; SharpSpring experience a plus
- Outstanding time management with strong organizational skills
