ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Acts as first point of contact with customers on quality issues.
2. Builds business relationships with customer contacts.
3. Analyze Customer complaints related to product quality, and lead implementation of proper corrective actions.
4. Management of action plans for customer quality concerns.
5. Provides continuous feedback to customers about the status of customer issues.
6. Supporting and participating in P-FMEA.
7. Preparing 8D reports.
8. Leading problem-solving meetings.
9. Works with external sorting companies to setup sorts at customer sites.
10. Performs failure evaluations on suspect samples and performs evaluations on third party companies as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
2. Five plus years experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
