This position is responsible for providing operational support to the Bank for Digital Banking and maintenance in the core system. Digital banking refers to online/mobile banking, the services provided those systems, and ACH (RDFI/ODFI).
Ø Complete daily checklist in a timely and accurate manner.
Ø Send, Receive, and Process digital banking files.
Ø Online/Mobile Banking
o Prepares and maintains written operational procedures for Online/Mobile Banking.
o Provides customers service, such as password resets, research issues and other.
Ø Fedline ACH Returns
Ø ACH Origination
o Processing New ACH Customers
o Processing ACH Origination files
o Maintains documents/agreements/maintenance for ACH Origination
o Provides customer service for ACH Origination customers as backup for Treasure Management.
Ø Prepares, maintains, and distributes digital banking reports to Director of Data Operations (including - Digital Banking, Web Bill Pay, E-Mail Statements, ACH Originators) - backup
Ø Scanning Documents - ACH ODFI/RDFI and digital banking related forms - backup
Ø Assist with Maintenance Input as needed, and on Saturday rotation.
Ø Keep an open line of communication with management.
Ø Responsible for customer information file clean up and other application clean up as assigned.
Ø Answering telephone.
Ø Is committed to on-going professional development and actively participates and advocates the bank’s training and development programs and commitment to learning.
Ø Is aware of segregation of duties and adheres to bank established policies.
Ø Responsible for adherence to bank’s operational compliance and security policies and applicable state and federal laws.
Ø Maintains successful working relationships with the bank and the community.
Ø Is responsible to the Support System Manager for the fulfillment of functions, responsibilities, and authority, and for proper interpretation.
Ø Will advise and assist department managers, officers, and staff in their respective functions associated with the areas for which he or she has direct responsibility.
Ø Makes recommendations to manager concerning possible methods to improve the departments or workflow.
Ø Participates from time to time with community organizations and in community projects
Ø Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIrEMENTS:
Ø A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ø Two years Bank operations experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ø Requires strong familiarity with Bank’s computer online systems.
Ø Requires a general knowledge of Bank operations, policies and procedures and various departmental policies.
Ø Proficient with the use of Microsoft office products, such as; Excel and Word.
Ø Effectively, efficiently and accurately has skill ability to work with computer and related internet applications, programs and software.
Ø Personal experience with on-line bank account management is helpful and recommended.
Ø Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime when needed, may include weekends.
Ø Must be able to report to work on a regular and dependable basis.
Ø Presents a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives.
Ø Strong attention to detail, good judgment and decision-making skills.
Ø Have a high degree of interpersonal skills, attitude, judgment, communication and the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees.
Ø Ability to exercise personal and professional responsibility and work with limited direction.
Ø Must be able to use tact and diplomacy and communicate effectively via telephone, letters, personal contact, etc.
Ø Ability to use various office equipment and Bank systems.
Ø Requires regular office conditions.
Ø May require traveling to other offices to provide assistance or attend meetings
