Entry-level applicants will begin with a $25000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Experienced applicants start with a $30000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $40000in commission last year. Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Prior Sales Experience.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
