The Senior Director of HIV/STI Resources & Prevention is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of all HIV/STI testing and prevention and the HUB/Hotline programs and services. This role involves developing and implementing evidence-based strategies to reduce HIV/STI transmission within the community, overseeing testing services, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive prevention education. This role also involves strategic leadership to the HUB/Hotline team. The Senior Director manages a team of healthcare professionals, secures funding through grants and partnerships, and ensures compliance with all relevant health regulations and standards.
Additionally, they collaborate with community organizations to enhance service outreach, advocate for public health policies, and ensure that all programs are inclusive, culturally competent, and responsive to the needs of diverse populations.
