Key Duties
- Develop new and strengthen existing account relationships through exceptional customer service and market knowledge.
- Advise clients on market conditions and available resources to meet their goals.
- Collaboratively market properties to prospective buyers through brand awareness of mission, values, and available services.
- Create, review, present, and manage purchase offers and listing agreements, and accompanying contract addenda to successful closings.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of neighborhoods in and around Houston’s I610 loop. They will be customer service driven with a niche focus. The candidate is able to work independently, has strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to leverage social media, and able to learn software quickly.
In addition to being a driven and creative problem solver, the candidate should be able to perform in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines. Last, the candidate should be organized, composed, and comfortable with being a student of the industry.
Education
- High School or better, some college preferred.
- Licensed Texas real estate agent
- 2+ years real estate experience preferred
- 1+ years sales experience preferred
Details
- This position is for an independent contractor relationship and is not a salary position.
- Remote position, but requires occasional meeting, travel, and/or conferencing
- Requires initial and annual fee
- Min commitment of 25+ hours weekly
- 2-year commitment recommended

Areas of practice
- Residential Specialist - Focus on traditional resale of homes. Will vary by farm but need to be able to consistently market and brand.
- Luxury Specialist - Focuses on sales in the 400+ range. Must have a good handle on new trends and high level of detail.
- Development & Investment Specialist - Focus on servicing investors, builders, and developer. Requires a strong grasp of the economics and timing of the market.
- Commercial Specialist - Focus on small and medium scale business placement. Must be able to forge strong relationships with business owners, provide a true value, and be able to plan for the long term.
- Urban Planning Specialist - Focus on community development by leveraging the nonprofit and public sector. Knowledge of policy and regulations relationship on market conditions is a must. Requires more organizing and collaboration with others than typical roles.
