**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. **Duties:** - Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness - Handle basic HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Coordinate and plan office events and meetings - Oversee vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory - Assist with payroll processing and maintain financial records using QuickBooks - Develop and implement training programs for staff development - Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments - Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties **Requirements:** - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Experience in event planning is a plus - Familiarity with payroll processes is advantageous This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
