Customer Service Representative
Our global financial services firm client located in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a six months+ contact basis. Hybrid schedule must be local to the western suburbs. Financial services industry experience required.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Contacting customer via email and phone
- Processing lease documentation and fee waiver requests
- Completing account audits and reconciliations
- Processing insurance payments and cancellations
- Handling accounts maintenance
- Processing journal requests
- Adding POs, modifying due dates, and processing vendor requests
- Handling credit reference requests
- Processing lease assignments and tax requests
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0-2 years customer service and call center experience
- Financial services industry experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Compensation: $22.00-24.00 / hr
Employment type: Six months+.

Salary range $22-24/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
