Looking for a remote bookkeeper and office manager to help small CPA/Accounting firm. You work from home 90% of the time and meet once or twice a month. Initial time will be approximately 20 hours/month; may increase as the business grows. Willing to train the right candidate.
Job Description
- Run payroll for clients
- Data entry into Quickbooks
- Reconcile bank statements
- Data entry for tax preparation
- Answer phone, email and respond to client inquiries
- Administrative task as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with Quickbooks and Excel desired
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
