In this position you will be responsible for the following:
· Answering incoming calls
· “Will call “counter sales
· Quoting house accounts
· Assisting in project management (as needed)
· Assist other team members
· Becoming familiar with bid spec procedures & other duties to help Source NA growth opportunities
You will also be gathering customer feedback and providing insights to improve products and services, as well as assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for effectively understanding and addressing customer needs.
What it takes to succeed:
A high school diploma is required and with any previous customer service experience background is welcome. Source NA is willing to train the right person. Having a professional certification, such as certified customer service professional is a BONUS but not required.
