A Sales Account Manager position is available at ServiceMaster by Alliance in Pennsauken, NJ. We are seeking an individual to join our dynamic and growing team. The Sales Account Manager will collaborate with operations to establish and maintain long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities:
Organize, review, and manage the daily activities of the Customer Service team to ensure optimum productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the operations team to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Regular customer service visits.
- Implement, manage, and maximize the use of customer service software, CleanTelligent.
- Partner with the management team to align customer service department policies and systems with the company's objectives
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the workflow of orders and the assignment of customer service requests through Clean Telligent. (Partner with Regional Managers)
- Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Act as a resource in resolving customer issues
- Ensure a high level of customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality. Develop relationships with customers as needed.
- Point person for issues that surface during the daytime (coordinate follow-up).
- Visit top 20 customers no less than every two months
- Sell add-on services to existing customers
- Assist management with the monthly reports
- Manage and update customer scores worksheet
- Answer all emails, including customer requests and complaints, and then forward communications to all the proper employees.

Qualifications:
- 2 to 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Working in a commercial cleaning experience is preferred

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Technical/Computer Skills -
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and computer database management systems

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
