Position: RN – Occupational Health or Urgent Care
Location: Cambridge, MA
Status: Full-time; This is a really nice position working with a NP
Salary: $90-$100K/year with excellent benefits
Duties:
- Provides occupational health nursing services to a new occupational health program
- Triage, evaluation and treatment of injuries
- Manages workers comp. and short-term disability cases
- Assist with pre-employment and medical surveillance exams
- Travel medicine: Immunizations and TB testing
- Education and wellness programs
- Collaborate with infectious disease, human resources, and outside providers
Requirements:
- Licensed as a RN in Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in occupational health, emergency room or urgent care
- Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation, HIPAA, OSHA, ADA and FMLA – preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
