```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including dining areas, bars, and catering services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Plan and organize special events, banquets, and catering services
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
- Proven experience in supervising a team of food service professionals
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
